BOOKING POLICY DEPOSITS • A deposit is required upon booking your appointment • The deposit is deducted from the total amount • The remaining balance will be due at the appointment • The deposit is Non-Refundable and Non- Transferable in terms of a cancellation RESCHEDULING • If you need to reschedule that’s totally fine your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment • You are able to transfer your deposit to the rescheduled appointment ONE TIME ONLY PUNCTUALITY 10 Minutes = Grace period 15 Minutes = Cancellation of appointment LOCATION 761 Walnut Knoll, Cordova, TN 38018 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING •A new set of nails is required after 2 Fill-ins • The salon does not work over other nail manicurist work. Soak offs are available. • The salon does not work over severely damaged nail beds, this includes split nails, cracks on nail bed, inflammation around nail bed, or any new inhaled wound on nail bed.
